房屋检测报告注意事项

1. 报告无“检测单位专用章”或检测单位公章无效;

  Appraisal report is invalid without the “Stamp of test & appraisal” or that of test & appraisal department on it.

2. 复制报告未重新加盖“检测单位专用章”或检测单位公章无效;

  Duplication of appraisal report is invalid without the “Stamp of test & appraisal” or that of test & appraisal department re-stamped on it.

3. 报告无主检、审核、批准签字无效(仲裁检测报告应增加审定签字);

  Appraisal report is invalid without the signatures of the persons for chief appraisal, verification and approval. The appraisal report for arbitration should be added the signature of the person for verification on it.

4. 报告涂改无效;

  Appraisal report is invalid if altered.

5. 对检测报告若有异议,应于收到报告之日起十五日内向检测检测单位提出;

  Different opinions upon appraisal report should be reported to the test & appraisal department within 15 days from the date of receiving the appraisal report.

6. CMA章只针对本单位所含参数的数据负责;

  CMA chapter is only responsible for the data of parameters contained in the unit.

7. 一般情况,委托检测仅对来样负责;

  In general, for entrusted tests the responsibilities are undertaken for the delivered samples only.

8. 检测结构为安全使用的,房屋安全检测报告自签发之日起一年内有效。当检测为危险房屋或局部危险房屋时,请按解危时限及时处理。

  If the conclusion of the appraisal is "safe of use",the Building Safety Appraisal Report will remain valid for a peroid of one year commencing from the issuing date ; if the building has been appraised to be "dangerous"or"partially dangerous",such building must be treated within the timefrime set for the treatment of dangerous buildings.
